"Dear Colleagues, our previous newsletter regarding the Applied Medical Single Port workshop incorrectly stated that this workshop is organised in collaboration with the ESGE. We inform you that we cordially invite you to train and test your laparoscopic skills for minimally invasive, Single-Incision Surgery during a SERGS Laparoscopic Skills Workshop organized in collaboration with Applied Medical.

This workshop consists of two different types of programs. First series of exercises, will increase you skills with different tools on a Simsei® laparoscopic trainer, setup with the GelPoint®. Multiple exercices to train on manipulation, dexterity, efficiency/economy of movement and suturing.

During the next step, a simulation tool will allow you to perform a complete procedure with a single site approach, thanks to anatomic trays, reproducing female genital anatomy.

During these exercises a panel with International Experts will observe, advise and evaluate you, and guide you towards best practice within this minimally invasive approach. "
